Hobby Kilns

Woodrow Hobby kilns are kilns perfectly suited to the home studio, they come in a range of sizes to suit the needs of the artist, and all 5 sizes run on single phase power meaning they can be plugged into a standard power point.

All kilns in the Hobby Range have included everything you need to start straight away such as, some props and kiln shelves, and easy to use set and forget automatic kiln controller. Easy to understand instructions with step but step photos are also included to help set up the correct firing profile for you needs, recommended firing profiles are also included.

The Automatic controller is capable of have up to 9 firing profiles each capable of having up to 8 steps per program. With it you are able to control, rate of temperature increase in DegC/Hr, Maximum temperature and whether you want to soak at a specific temperature and for how long. You can also control rate of cooling for delicate products like glass or glaze.
